DF64 Gen 2 Single Dose Coffee Grinder with Red Titanium Burrs

DF64N (Gen II) single dose coffee grinder is complete re-design of the old populate DF64 grinder. It integrated the best elements from DF64V and DF83. The three seated position for the upper burr carrier integrated wave spring makes the grinding chamber very stable while keeping minimal retention.

The new design of DF64N (Gen II) grinding chamber achieves minimal retention at the new level. The exit chute is equipped with a plasma generator (aka Ionizer) that reduces static to non-existent. It now comes with custom made stainless steel 64mm flat burrs that deliver a fluffy grind with minimal clumping and consistent particle size distribution. Integrated Anti-popcorn disc helps increase grinding speed. Relocated power button can be easily accessed. Aluminum 58mm dosing cup is included.

• New Version: This version has a new inner chute design. The plasma generator probes wrap around the inner chute. The old version has probes inside the chute.
• 64mm Flat Burrs: As a special offer, all DF64 Gen 2 grinders from our store come pre-installed with high-performance Red Titanium ( DLC Diamond Light Coated + Titanium) Burrs, replacing the standard steel burrs to give you superior performance right out of the box. Upgradable to SSP burrs for further customisation.
• Single Dose & Zero Retention: True Zero Retention <0.1 gram. Even without bellow this grinder reaches almost zero retention. Use blow-out funnel with lid to completely empty the dead space.
• Plasma Generator AKA Ionizer: Plasma Generator inside exit chute reduces static.
• Stepless Adjustment: Redesigned dial is wrapped with chrome. The included metal indicator makes grind size so much easy to adjust. The adjustment is stepless. It can be dialed in for espresso with high precision.
• Anti-Popcorn Disc Integrated: The integrated Anti-popcorn disc prevents jumping beans and increases grinding speed.
• 58mm Aluminum Dosing Cup: The 58 mm dosing cup is made up of food grade aluminum. While a portafilter can be used in the portafilter rest, it is best to use the dosing cup, especially if your portafilter isn't 58mm. Dosing cup is made of food grade aluminum.

• Important Notes & Maintenance

  • Factory Zeroing & Calibration Each grinder's burrs are professionally zeroed and aligned before leaving the factory. Due to microscopic variations in individual burrs, the indicator dial's zero position may vary slightly and not always point to the absolute center. This is normal and does not affect performance.

  • Food-Grade Lubricant Residue You may notice traces of white, slightly tacky substance on the product body or bean hopper. This is a non-toxic, food-grade grease applied to lubricate the internal adjustment threads during calibration. It is completely harmless and can simply be wiped clean.

  • Quality Assurance Testing To ensure the highest quality, a small number of units undergo a rigorous secondary inspection involving actual coffee grinding. If you find traces of coffee grounds, it is a sign of this strict Quality Control process. We guarantee that we strictly do not sell used or refurbished products.

  • Maintenance Recommendation To maintain peak performance, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the grinder internally (by removing the adjustment dial) at least every two months. Note: After reassembling, the zero point must be recalibrated. Please contact our support team for a step-by-step guide.
